Any athlete wishing to try out for a sport at MHS And participate in any off season conditioning/weight lifting MUST be registered into Snap Mobile AND have uploaded a current 24-25 DIAA sports physical. We no longer collect physicals in paper form. ALL sport registration & physical collection is done online. Please do not drop off any papers.
Please log in to register for any sport here: https://middletownhs.8to18.com/accounts/login
- You must create an account if you do not already have one from last year
- Then input all information.
- Then click begin registration.
- Then click on the sport you wish to participate in
- Then click your child’s name.
- Then go all the way to the last screen and hit the blue submit button.
- You should get a message that says thank you for registering AND a confirmation email. If you did not get a confirmation email, you did not complete the full registration. This is the most common mistake. Some people think they are registered but they did not get the confirmation email.
- You can then upload your 24-25 DIAA sports physical.
**You will need to know your child’s school student ID # when registering
*Medical alerts: Be sure to put anything a coach may need to know in this spot when registering
**To register for a 2nd or 3rd sport, go back into your account and click on begin registration, then click the 2nd sport and click through and save it. Repeat for a 3rd sport.
After you register, please log back into your account 1-3 days later to check that your physical has been checked and accepted. If your physical does not say approved that means it was not complete.
*Medical alerts: Be sure to put anything a coach may need to know in this spot when registering
**If you do not get a confirmation email you did not complete the registration. Go back into your account and make sure you have selected a sport.
